Through the revaluation of these two by-products, Cofling focuses mainly on creating solutions for the food sector with the use of coffee grounds as a functional ingredient. In addition, it applies these two ingredients in the preparation of active ingredients aimed at the cosmetic sector with high added value. With this, we allow companies in the coffee sector to minimize the generation of waste and obtain a new source of income. On the other hand, we help our clients find more natural and sustainable solutions in the production of their products and thus reduce the carbon footprint of their final product.
