These grants are aimed to those SMEs from any sector that hire startups for innovation projects in digital transformation, development and incorporation of emerging technologies, transformation towards a low-carbon economy or incorporation of the circular economy into their business model. The objective is to answer to challenges posed by companies that seek open innovation through solutions based on emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, massive data and information processing technologies, high-performance computing, among others. others.
The program, ‘Activa Startups’, has been created by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, through the EOI Foundation and in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy, Science and Digital Agenda.
