ftalks Food Summit has opened an international call for agrifoodtech startups interested in presenting their solutions at the next edition of ftalks26 LATAM, which will take place in Mexico City from 29 September to 1 October 2026.
The event, promoted by KM ZERO Food Innovation Hub, connects the innovative potential of the agrifood sector with corporations, investors, experts and stakeholders from the foodtech ecosystem. In addition to the LATAM edition, ftalks will also hold an edition in Valencia this year, on 16 September 2026.
ftalks26 LATAM will bring together startups, corporations, investors and food industry leaders to explore new solutions aimed at the future of food.
The call is looking for startups with innovative proposals in areas such as:
- agrifoodtech
- food sustainability
- new ingredients
- traceability
- sustainable production
- digitalisation of the food chain
- solutions to improve the efficiency and resilience of the agrifood system
Selected startups will be able to participate in the event and present their solutions to an international ecosystem linked to food innovation.
The call is aimed at:
- agrifoodtech startups
- projects with innovative solutions for the food sector
- emerging companies with scalable technologies or business models
- startups interested in connecting with corporations, investors and foodtech ecosystem stakeholders
- solutions with potential impact in sustainability, efficiency, traceability or new food models

Interested startups can submit their applications through the official application form.
