Circular Packaging Challenge 2026 — First applications and collaborating companies confirmed

The new edition of the Circular Packaging Challenge has already received more than 30 applications from startups in over 15 countries, all proposing innovative solutions to advance packaging circularity.

The applicant companies are already being assessed by the technical team, and their proposals have been presented to the collaborating companies, which are taking part in the process to identify solutions with real potential for application in the sector.

We also now know the first 17 collaborating companies of this edition, including Nestlé, Grupo Argal, McDonald’s Restaurants, Angulas Aguinaga, Grupo Cidacos, Adam Foods, Damm, COVAP, Lactalis, AMC, L’Oréal, Inquiba, SPB Global Corporation, KH Lloreda, McBride, Mattel and La Sirena.

The call remains open, and we look forward to discovering new proposals that can contribute to a more circular, efficient and sustainable packaging value chain.

Submit your application as soon as possible so that it can be assessed by the technical team and shared with the collaborating companies at the earliest opportunity. Don’t miss out!

If your startup works on solutions related to new materials, eco-design, reuse, recyclability, traceability, digitalisation, material recovery, waste reduction or new circular models for packaging, this could be an opportunity to give visibility to your project and connect with leading companies in the sector.
