At Woola, our main activity is the design and manufacturing of circular packaging materials. We use waste wool to replace plastic bubble wrap - a product that hasn’ t evolved in 60 years. Globally, 13 million tons of plastic are produced for protective packaging, while over 200,000 tonnes of European sheep wool are burned or buried as waste. We intercept this undervalued agricultural resource and transform it into a scalable, shock-absorbing packaging solution for e-commerce. Our operations encompass sourcing leftover wool and utilizing our specialized manufacturing process to create protective mailers and wraps. With 2.5 million units sold and validated by 130 international customers, our focus is scaling our production to reduce fossil fuel reliance and make plastic-free protection the new default.
