Yabloko Labs is a UK deep-tech SME building optimisation and traceability software for regulated operations. We combine quantum-inspired combinatorial optimisation with production machine learning and AI-assurance engineering in C++, Rust and Python, with measured 10-100x speedups.
Live enterprise work includes a multi-country analytics platform for AB InBev deployed across five markets, and technical partnership on an EU defence avionics programme across 26 entities. Our portfolio includes Q-Consent (GDPR/HIPAA consent management and data-flow optimisation) and Q-Porter (container and multimodal logistics scheduling).
For packaging circularity our contribution is the data layer: schema-enforced traceability where every attribute carries verifiable provenance, plus optimisation of reverse-logistics and recovery flows. We hold a completed EU standardisation fellowship and publish openly with DOIs, so traceability claims are auditable, not asserted.
