PIZZycle is a German design-driven start-up developing innovative reusable food packaging. Our first product, PIZZycle, is the world's first reusable pizza box, created to replace single-use pizza packaging with a durable, functional and circular alternative. Designed and made in Germany, one PIZZycle can be reused more than 500 times and is fully recyclable at the end of its life. An independent Life Cycle Assessment with DTU Denmark showed that its environmental impact is lower than that of single-use pizza boxes after just 11 uses. Since launching in 2022, PIZZycle has expanded to more than 26 countries and works with international pizza chains, restaurants and reuse providers, including Domino's Pizza, Recup and Vytal. We are currently expanding our product range with new sizes and further reusable food packaging solutions.
