Zuripacks is a biomaterials innovation company developing plant-based, biodegradable packaging materials from fibre-rich agricultural residues, primarily banana pseudostems and other fibre-rich crop residues. Our main activity is developing and producing industrially applicable, tree-free paper material, initially using banana pseudostems, an abundant agricultural by-product often discarded after harvest. This paper is then adapted for a wide range of sustainable packaging applications, including paper packaging, flexible packaging, wrapping materials and secondary packaging for consumer products, offering a sustainable alternative to conventional plastic packaging for B2B customers.
