Law 22/2011 of 28 July on Waste and Contaminated Soils states in Article 17 that the producer of waste is obliged to entrust its treatment to a dealer or company authorised under the law
As an authorised waste manager EUX/003/16 Bioservice can handle the following waste types (LER codes)
- LER 08 03 13 – Waste ink other than those mentioned in 08 03 12 (R12 R13)
- LER 08 03 17 – Waste toner other than those mentioned in 08 03 16 (R12 R13)
- LER 16 02 16 – Components removed from discarded equipment other than those mentioned in 16 02 15
- LER 15 01 02 – Plastic packaging (R13)
- LER 20 01 01 – Paper and cardboard (R13)
General Disability Law (LGD) 1/2013 of 29 November requires both public and private companies with 50 or more employees to reserve at least 2% of jobs for workers with disabilities
Royal Decree 364/2005 of 8 April proposes alternative measures for compliance including signing a commercial or civil contract with a Special Employment Centre for the provision of services unrelated and complementary to the main activity of the company
