This project focuses its efforts on the eco-design of sustainable packaging through the recovery of waste such as macroalgae harvested from the shores of beaches (known as arribazones), using a totally innovative proposal based on the principles of the Circular Bioeconomy. This involves the incorporation, by the agro-industry, of technological innovations towards biodegradable and compostable containers and packaging that offer consumers an ecological and sustainable alternative.
