On Thursday 15 September, the Minister for Sustainability and Environment of Andalusia (Spain), Ramón Fernández-Pacheco, announced that the Council of Government will approve in the coming weeks the draft bill for the Circular Economy Law of Andalusia (LECA), a priority regulation that will facilitate the reuse of waste and which will be key to achieving the objectives of the European Green Deal by 2030.
