Refact

Refact is a highly scalable recycling technology that turns used textiles into new apparel. What makes Refact technology so unique is the fact we accept a mixture of used and worn-out textiles without needing them to be sorted before processing. Our technology can recycle complicated blends, multi-coloured textiles and clothing with zippers or buttons. This means that a huge pool of post-consumer textiles, that no other technology can currently deal with, can be recycled into brand new clothes. Plus, the fibre we produce is 100% recycled, 100% recyclable, and as good as a virgin fibre. We have filled our patents and we are now in the process of scaling up our solution to achieve industrial-scale production.
