We present to you the 16 finalist startups of the Circular Packaging Challenge 2024!
We are grateful for the tremendous response to this second edition of the Circular Packaging Challenge, with a total of 192 participating startups from across the five continents.
The 16 finalists, 8 for each of the two challenges, will compete for a grand prize of €5,000. The runners-up for each challenge will receive an honorable mention, with a prize of €3,000. Additionally, the startups will have the opportunity to pursue pilot projects with partner companies of the Circular Packaging Challenge 2024.
The final event, where the winners will be decided, will take place on November 21 in Madrid, featuring representatives from over 80 leading market companies associated with Ecoembes.
In Challenge 1, new, more circular packaging, the finalists are:
ADBioplastics (Spain), Biomyc (Bulgaria), Bockatech (United Kingdom), Greenback Recycling Technologies Ltd. (United Kingdom), MacroCycle Technologies (USA), Magnomer (USA), Mi Terro (USA) y Notpla (United Kingdom).
In Challenge 2, new packaging management models, the finalists are:
Bumerang Takeaway (Spain), Blue Room Innovation (Spain), Circularise (Netherlands), CoCircular (Spain), GRIN AS (Norway), kleen hub (Denmark), Polytag (United Kingdom) y Reath Technolgoy LTD (United Kingdom).
