MacroCycle Technologies is able to take plastic waste of any quality, and upcycle it to virgin-grade status with zero carbon emissions. Starting with PET, we can take the plastic waste, remove its contaminants and increase its strength without ever having to break the plastic down. This process requires 80% less energy compared to traditional means of plastic production, with the remaining 20% fully electrifiable allowing MacroCycle to achieve recycling with zero-carbon emissions.
