We are excited to announce the launch of the 2nd edition of our personalised mentoring program in collaboration with SECOT!
This program aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the circular economy by providing expert advice and specialised mentorship.
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to be guided by senior professionals from SECOT and the technical team at TheCircularLab, who will leverage their knowledge and experience to help startups identify areas for improvement through tailored online sessions adapted to their specific needs.
How Does It Work?
- Each mentoring program is customised in structure and duration based on the startup’s specific needs, with an estimated 3 to 6 working sessions.
- To ensure meaningful participation, a minimum commitment of at least 3 sessions is required.
- The topics covered will depend on the startup’s development stage and interests, with support available in key areas such as finance, strategy, and business models.
Potential Mentoring Areas Include:
✅ Business Model Canvas development.
✅ Value proposition design and validation.
✅ Market analysis and customer segmentation.
✅ Financial planning and structuring.
Additionally, participating companies will have the opportunity to specify the areas they wish to focus on, ensuring the mentorship is aligned with their goals and strategic direction.
The program is expected to start in early April, once all applications have been reviewed.
