and-less GmbH is a Vienna-based startup developing patented, reusable plastic container for the institutional catering and Cook & Chill sector. Our containers replace single-use aluminum and plastic trays used for food storage, transport, and heat-sealing in canteens, hospitals, schools, and catering kitchens. Designed for hundreds of reuse cycles, they are compatible with existing sealing machines and standard GN dimensions, allowing operators to switch from disposable to reusable packaging without changing their equipment or workflows. Our focus is on sealable, reusable packaging solutions that reduce single-use plastic and aluminum waste at scale in community catering a sector with very high packaging turnover and limited circular alternatives today. We combine product design, tooling, and material expertise to deliver a practical, drop-in replacement for disposable trays, directly addressing packaging circularity in the food service value chain.
