Leafware manufactures and supplies 100% natural, compostable tableware and packaging made from fallen areca palm leaves plates, bowls, trays and food containers that replace single-use plastic and less sustainable "compostable" alternatives like bagasse or PLA. The leaves are collected after they naturally shed from the tree, then shaped using a proprietary thermopressing process (patent-pending, UK) that requires no added chemicals, glue or coatings. The result is fully home-compostable, plastic-free packaging with a strong, rigid, leak-resistant structure suited to food service, hospitality, retail and events.
We currently sell direct-to-consumer and via Amazon UK, and are actively building out B2B distribution into catering, hospitality and foodservice supply chains across the UK. We're seeking partners, pilot opportunities and investment to scale production capacity, expand our product range, and accelerate market penetration in Europe.
