Customers are able to borrow a reusable food container or coffee cup by scanning a unique container QR using the Cauli mobile app or simply tapping a credit card on the checkout terminal. Within 7 days, customers need to return the used containers to a CauliKiosk, an AI-powered reverse vending machine that scans and verifies returns, without the need for mobile app or credit card.
