Flexpenser has rethought how liquids are stored, dispensed, and measured. Our patented, membrane-based one-way valve replaces multi-part pumps, springs, and aerosol systems with a simplified mechanism — as few as 1-5 parts, RecyClass A mono-material (PP/PE) — delivering airless, leak-proof, exact-dose dispensing across viscosities from 1 cp to 200,000 cp.The valve inserts into existing bottles, tubes, and pouches rather than replacing the container, so brands adopt it without redesigning packaging or filling lines. This cuts component count and material diversity, improves recyclability, reduces waste from overdosing, dripping, and leakage, and reduces reliance on preservatives via airless protection.Peer-reviewed in Nature Communications, the technology passed pilot molding validation for three brands within a Fortune 200 CPG company.
