Fresimple develops and operates a circular food production system focused on high-protein fresh dairy products. We transform milk into paneer (a versatile fresh cheese) and fully valorize the by-product whey by converting it into functional beverages such as lassi, achieving a zero-waste process. Our activity combines food processing, product innovation, and circular resource management, adapting traditional dairy methods to European standards while improving efficiency and sustainability. We also design packaging and traceability systems to support responsible consumption and scalable circular production models.
