Fungipor

Fungipor is an Argentine science- and technology-based company developing sustainable packaging from mycelium and local agro-industrial waste. Through a cultivation process, we transform agricultural by-products into bio-based, compostable packaging solutions designed to protect and present products. We primarily work with companies in cosmetics, wine, corporate gifting and design, offering standard formats and custom development. Our process integrates design, mold making, cultivation, molding and drying of the pieces. In this way, we valorize local waste, reduce plastic use and create packaging that can be composted and returned to the soil at the end of its useful life. Our purpose is to redesign packaging to regenerate the planet and drive a circular economy.
