GNV Textile develops and operates a unique industrial process in Tunisia to transform textile waste into technical nonwoven fabric (Visiline). Visiline is an eco-friendly nonwoven interlining used in embroidery and garment manufacturing to stabilize fabrics during sewing. Unlike conventional products, Visiline is 100% biodegradable, made without chemical glues or resins, using only recycled cotton waste and natural starch.The solution addresses major environmental, economic, and industrial challenges by reducing textile waste sent to landfills, substituting imported nonwoven interlinings with a competitive local alternative, and creating a new industrial value chain in Tunisia. Developed internally, GNV Textile’s process enables circular valorization of textile waste, lower carbon footprint through local production. The industrial process is scalable and export-ready, positioning GNV Textile as a high-impact and competitive waste management startup.
