Greenback removes hard-to-recycle flexible plastics from the environment and creates a circular market by providing irrefutable proof of waste neutralization. Greenback brings together the plastics value chain to create projects which serve the needs of the CPGs. Two complementary, cutting-edge and unique technologies allow us to extract value from hard-to-recycle plastic film on a decentralized, local level, while creating a paradigm shift in transparency of the process and eliminating fraudulent claims: (1) Enval®, our unique modular plants that use microwave-induced pyrolysis, produce π-Oil™, a feedstock for making new plastic, and also recover aluminium from complex packaging if present; (2) eco2Veritas™, our waste-to-product circularity platform, gathers evidence using IoT and AI and certifies neutralization of waste and production of π-Oil™. Immutable proof of circularity is provided in the form of digital tokens for every tonne of material used and produced.
