Innoplast is a pioneer in plastic recycling, being widely specialized in the sector of urban waste containerization, and was born with a clear objective: to offer our customers a comprehensive, quality service that guarantees substantial economic savings in their operating costs for everything that has to do with the collection of urban waste. And this is closely related to since a recovered container means avoiding emissions into the atmosphere of approximately 32 kg of CO2 on average for each recovered unit. We therefore achieve that economic savings and respect for the environment go hand in hand. We carry out the purchase of containers, both plastic and metallic, for domestic garbage collection, from the city councils and companies that manage these services. These are classified by those that are recoverable for repair and put back on the market (the demand for the used container is increasing, due to its lower cost and the quality standards that we apply to our repair and overhaul processes) and those that are not recovered are subjected to a process of classification by material and color and then crushed for sale to various manufacturers. We proceed in the same way with plastic containers for agriculture: field box, box or pallet and plastic pallet. Our circular economy policy pursues recovery versus recycling, demanding a labor rate 600% higher than that required for the manufacture of these same new items. In order to carry out our processes we need, in addition to large storage facilities, two grinding lines with a total of 400 Kw and 25 workers.
