Founded under Arpack Ambalaj with a 'Net-Zero Carbon' mission, KartonPalet® brand was established to combat global deforestation driven by industrial timber pallet consumption. Through intensive R&D and rigorous prototyping, we engineered KartonPalet®: a high-strength, lightweight, 100% recyclable corrugated pallet delivering full functional parity with wooden pallets without the ecological toll. Our core activity is the engineering and manufacturing of monomaterial cardboard pallets and green transit packaging. Weighing up to 75% less than timber pallets, our products significantly reduce transport tare weight, fuel consumption, and Scope 3 emissions across supply chains. Fully aligned with EU PPWR objectives and EN 13430 standards, our pallets eliminate ISPM-15 phytosanitary treatment and nail hazards. At destination, they easily bale into standard paper recycling streams, enabling a closed-loop model without reverse logistics.
