We at Nuterials provide innovative, eco-friendly material solutions with our bio-based composite made from nutshells and renewable binders. Our process involves milling nutshells into fine powder, blending it with bio-based polymers and additives, and forming the composite through extrusion or heat-pressing. This material reduces GHG emissions by up to 60% compared to single-use polypropylene. It offers natural UV protection, water and oil resistance, and durability, all while being lightweight and competitively priced. Initially, we will focus on flat-sheet products for interior design and furniture. Within a year, we plan to expand to pellets for injection molding and 3D printing. Our mission is to make the material and manufcaturing industry a climate solution, not a problem!
