PETsPoint Technology is a climate-tech social enterprise combating Nigeria’s plastic crisis. Through our proprietary SaaS, Junkyard, we digitize the waste value chain, connecting households, formal and informal collectors, and recyclers into a transparent, traceable ecosystem.
Beyond just connection, our platform leverages AI-driven insights to optimize logistics, streamline inventory, and track real-time environmental impact. We operationalize this through community buy-back hubs and behavioral change campaigns, integrating informal workers, specifically women and youth, into the digital economy with instant payments and safer working conditions.
To date, we have recovered 60+ tons of plastic and created 500+ green jobs. We are now scaling to recycle 1,200+ tons annually and prevent 33,600 tonnes of CO2 emissions over the next 18 months, directly advancing SDGs 8, 11, 12, and 13 while building resilient local economies
