REVERSE

REVERSE is a circular packaging reuse infrastructure company from India. We help beverage, FMCG, food, and HoReCa brands recover used packaging after consumption, sort it by brand/SKU/colour/condition, sanitize it, quality-check it, and return it back into the supply chain for reuse. Our model combines Return & Reward systems for consumer and institutional behaviour change, hub-and-spoke reverse logistics, reuse-grade sorting, sanitization, AI-led sorting automation, traceability, and carbon footprint tracking. We currently work across Karnataka and Goa and have enabled 4M+ packaging reuse cycles, repurposed 3,450+ MT of waste, and avoided 2,800+ tCO2e. Our goal is to make packaging reuse commercially scalable for brands while reducing landfill pressure, unnecessary recycling, virgin manufacturing, mining, and packaging costs.
