Thermapet is a deep-tech licensing company in food packaging. We own a patented in-line process that upcycles ordinary PET, bio-based or oil-based, into trays stable from -40C to +220C, additive-free. The performance is created in the machine, not in the chemistry: TPET adds one extra step inside an existing thermoforming line, delivered as a retrofit module or a turnkey line. Same resin, same machine, same filling and sealing, and the pack re-enters the PET stream that already runs at scale. One material can replace CPET, aluminium foil and coated paper in microwavable, ovenable and ready-meal packaging.Our business is licensing: an upfront fee per machine to converters and OEMs, plus a recurring annual service fee. An industrial validation line is operational in Thailand, the 40 largest thermoforming players have been sampled, and brand owners have passed TPET through their own filling, sealing and product testing. Core patent granted, first licences in 2027.
