W-Cycle, a cleantech company, has developed SupraPulp™, a breakthrough technology that can replace plastic food packaging with cellulose-based alternatives. The technology uses natural, durable, efficient, safe, and renewable materials. SupraPulp™ is completely biodegradable and composts in home-based composters within just 74 days. It is a heavy-duty material designed to withstand extreme temperatures. It contains no heavy metals, formaldehyde, BPA, or pesticides, and holds FDA and EU direct food contact approvals. Our new product is SPZero, which contains no PFAS and no plastic. W-Cycle’s customers include molded fiber companies as well as airlines, distributors, catering firms, and large multinational food companies, with whom W-Cycle develops food containers tailored to their specific requirements and needs.
