The Radar ecosystem continues to be present at one of the leading international showcases for food innovation. At the 2026 edition of Alimentaria + Hostelco, three startups from the community —ColorSensing, Gloop and Pack2Earth— have been selected as finalists in the Food & Hospitality Startups programme.
This space, promoted by Alimentaria, brings together innovative startups from the foodtech and horeca sectors, fostering connections between entrepreneurship, industry and investment in a highly visible, internationally oriented environment.
A key showcase for food innovation
Food & Hospitality Startups has established itself as a leading platform for identifying and showcasing emerging solutions in the food and hospitality sectors. Throughout the programme, participating startups have the opportunity to:

Three solutions reflecting key industry trends
The selected startups from the Radar community stand out for their ability to address key challenges in sustainability, materials and applied technology:
- ColorSensing, with advanced sensing solutions aimed at improving control and safety in food processes
- Gloop, developing edible and sustainable alternatives to single-use plastics, particularly in the horeca sector
- Pack2Earth, focused on developing natural-origin materials to replace conventional packaging
In addition, Pack2Earth is taking part in the programme’s official pitching sessions, further strengthening its visibility among investors, corporates and other key stakeholders.
