Alimentaria FoodTech 2026 will hold its next edition from October 6 to 8, 2026, at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue, reinforcing its position as one of the leading events for innovation, technology, and transformation in the food industry.
The event will bring together companies, startups, technology centres, and professionals from across the food value chain to showcase solutions aimed at improving the sector’s efficiency, sustainability, safety, and competitiveness. Alimentaria FoodTech is a trade fair specialising in food innovation and technology, with a focus on the production, processing, preservation, packaging, and distribution of food and beverages.
