The Impact Social Cup kicks off its semi-finals with 48 projects that are transforming the social, economic and environmental fabric of Spain. Selected from over 440 initiatives, these projects will now compete for a place in the grand final on 16 October at the Madrid Arena, where €100,000 in prizes will be awarded.
The competition, hosted by LG Spain as strategic partner, held its launch event in front of more than 400 leaders from the entrepreneurial and impact ecosystem. The selected initiatives represent 12 autonomous communities, with 40% led by women, and tackle major challenges such as inclusion, sustainable urban development, health, energy and transformative culture.
One of the semi-finalists is Naria, an innovative Valencia-based startup focused on social inclusion, which is also a proud member of our goCircular Radar community.
For the first time, the semi-finals will be held in a decentralised format between 28 May and 17 June, with in-person events taking place at the premises of sponsoring organisations such as Amazon, Mahou, Atresmedia and Ilunion. Notably, the Education and Employability semi-final will be hosted in Aragón, while the Health and Wellbeing category will take place in Barcelona.
This edition also introduces key strategic partnerships with organisations such as Amazon and AWS (through their Education Pledge), Zubi Group, KIA and Live Nation. The grand final will feature a high-level jury including leading figures such as Yaiza Canosa (GOI), Josep Coll (Redpoints), and Raúl Sánchez (FIS).
The Impact Social Cup thus consolidates itself not only as a competition, but as a powerful platform that drives purpose-driven entrepreneurship in Spain—connecting talent, innovation and major corporations to deliver real solutions to today’s most pressing challenges.
