The Transitions Performance Index (TPI) 2021, published by the European Commission’s Directorate General for Research and Innovation, measures the performance of countries across four specific transitions: economic, social, environmental and governance.
In addition, this second edition includes more than 70 country descriptions about the progress made during the last ten years.
