Hello Tomorrow has launched the 12th edition of its Global Challenge, an international call aimed at deeptech startups developing technologies with the potential to transform strategic sectors and address major industrial and environmental challenges.
The call opened on September 23, 2026, and will remain open until November 30, 2026.
What it is
The Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge identifies and connects deeptech startups from around the world with investors, corporations, experts, and key players in the innovation ecosystem.
Some of the tracks featured in this edition include:
Climate Tech & Resource Efficiency, covering solutions in advanced recycling, upcycling, resource efficiency, and circular supply chains;
New Materials & Green Chemistry, focused on sustainable polymers, alternatives to plastics, chemical recycling, and circular raw materials;
Industrial Biotech, including applications in biodegradation, waste valorization, and biotechnological processes;
Agritech & Foodtech, for technologies applied to more sustainable food and agricultural systems.
Who it is for
The call is aimed at deeptech startups with a strong technological foundation and the potential to scale internationally.
It may be particularly relevant for startups working in new materials, recycling, valorization, industrial biotechnology, resource efficiency, foodtech, or circular technologies with a strong scientific or technological component.
What it offers
Selected startups become part of the Deep Tech Pioneers community, gaining access to corporations, investors, as well as international visibility and networking opportunities.
In addition, finalists can compete for a €200,000 investment prize.

Applications can be submitted until November 30, 2026, through the official Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge website.
